Due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Kindly double check the items you wish to return do not fall under this list:


  • Beauty Products

  • Earrings

  • Essentials

  • Gift cards

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Underwear

  • Bulky Items (more than 50cm dimension on each side, and more than 10KG in weight)

In addition:


  • Items & brands that were purchased under a campaign/sale that indicates the products to be Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable cannot be returned

  • Swimwear items from specific brands will now be accepted for refund or exchange if returned with the original hygiene sticker. See the list of brands here.

  • Bulky items that are Incorrect/defective/Damaged upon receiving, should be reported with photos/video of the item within 7 days to consider for return
