ZALORA made it easy to track your order(s) directly from your profile and online account.
As we prepare your order(s), you might still experience some delays in the delivery due to the volume we are managing, and possible official restrictions still in place in certain areas around the country.
There are 2 ways on how you can track your order:
Desktop - Account > Track my order > Track package
- Login to your ZALORA ACCOUNT
- Hover over the ACCOUNT button on the top-right of the home page and click on "Track My Orders”
- You'll be taken to the "Orders and Tracking" window where you can check the status of all your orders and its estimated date of delivery
- Just click on "Track Package" to get more detailed tracking information.
- You can track delivery updates for your package here.
APP - Account > Orders > Track order > Track package
- Login to your ZALORA ACCOUNT
- TAP "Account" and select "Orders"
- From the list of your orders, Tap on track order on the order you want to track.
- The list of items will appear with their current status and you may click TRACK PACKAGE individually to get more detailed tracking information.
- Finally, the delivery updates for your package will show
Once your order is "shipped" and handed over to the respective delivery courier, contacting them directly will be more efficient and faster to receive updates on any questions or concerns you may have regarding the whereabouts of your order.
