  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is an exclusive service we provide to our customers for certain postal codes. It's a risk-free payment method where you only pay upon receiving your goods.


Pro-tip: choosing COD also allows your order to be processed faster since we won't be needing to do any bank or credit card checks.


Please note that you need to pay the COD amount to our delivery partner before opening your parcel and trying on your items. This is for security and anonymity purposes. If you don't like the products or the size doesn't fit you, you can always return the items afterward. 


            Note: to know if COD is eligible in your address, once you choose the mode of payment on the checkout page, a prompt will pop up


  1. E-Gift Card or Wallet Credit

Wallet Credit is a feature on ZALORA that allows you to accumulate store credits that can be used to pay for your ZALORA purchases. Your Wallet Credit balance will be shown under "My Wallet" in the My Account tab once you're logged in.


Here, you can also track your transaction history and credit validity period, and key in any wallet credit code you've received.


Our system will grant you up to 3 years from the date of the disbursement of your Wallet Credit to use them up. If you forget to use them before the expiration date, feel free to contact our Customer Service so we can reactivate them for you.


Wallet Credit is issued in the following scenarios:


  • You chose Wallet Credit as your refund method when you returned your items.

  • You purchased or received an E-gift card and added the code into your wallet.

  • You chose Wallet Credit as your refund method in the event of prepaid order cancellation.

  • Any balance of Wallet Credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase at checkout.


            Note: wallet/store credit can be applied to shipping fee for items SOLD by ZALORA only. However, due to supplies contacts and agreement, it will not apply to third-party seller items' shipping fee



  1. Credit Card / Debit Card

We accept locally and internationally issued Mastercard, VISA, American Express (AMEX) or JCB credit or debit cards for payments and ensure the proper measures to keep your account details safe. If you're a first-time customer paying via credit card, remember that we'll get in touch via call to verify. This is to guard against fraud buyers.   1. Paypal

PayPal is ZALORA's primary enabler of online money transfers, which serve as e-alternatives to paper payments. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. PayPal acts as an acquirer, which means that they do the payment processing for us, the merchant, so you can rest easy knowing that we don't see or store any of your account details.

Use Paypal as Payment Option at Checkout


Existing PayPal users can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button when prompted at the payment page. New PayPal users will be redirected to the PayPal website to create their account.


  1. G-Cash

GCash is an online mobile wallet solution linked to your mobile number that enables you to purchase items online. This is only available in the Philippines. 


Currently, GCash mode of payment is only available on the ZALORA mobile app.


How to checkout with GCash:


1.Under 'Payment Options,' select GCash as your mode of payment.


2.After reviewing and placing your order, you will be redirected to the GCash page, where you need to input your 11-digit mobile number linked to your GCash wallet.


3.You will receive an SMS asking to reply with your 4-digit MPIN within 5 minutes.


4.After sending your MPIN, you will be brought back to the Order Confirmation page.


5.If the transaction is successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from ZALORA and an email from Dragonpay - GCash. You will also receive an SMS from GCash.


Note:

  • What if I send my MPIN past the 5 minute time limit? 

You will receive an SMS saying that the transaction has already been "rolled back." No amount was deducted from your wallet. You will also be redirected back to the checkout page.


  • What if I input an incorrect MPIN?

GCash will notify you via SMS that you've entered the wrong MPIN. You are only allowed to enter three incorrect MPIN, after which, your GCash wallet will be locked. In case your GCash wallet becomes locked, please call the GCash hotline at 2882.



  1. Grab Pay   

                You can now check out with GrabPay on your IOS and Android Mobile App.


How to checkout with Grab Pay:


1.Select "GrabPay" under Payment Method and click on "Continue to Order Review"


2.Click "Place Your Order"


3.Log into your Grab Account by placing your Grab-registered phone number


4.Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number


5.Complete your order


7. BPI Installment - Purchase your desired items and split your payment into 3 parts when you pay using BPI. Click here to know more. 



8. Maya


Additional cashless payment option using your Maya wallet or Maya credit


How to checkout with MAYA:


1. Select "MAYA" under Payment Method

2. You will be redirected to the MAYA portal where you need to login using your MAYA credentials

3. Enter the OTP

4. Select your preferred payment option: My Wallet or Maya Credit

5. Review your payment and click PAY NOW

6. Once payment is complete, you will be redirected to the MAYA payment success page.
