How to Order

1. How do I create an account on ZALORA?


To create an account, you may simply follow these steps:


ZALORA App: 

Step 1: Go to the “Account” button on the bottom right corner of your screen. 


Step 2: Click on the “Login / Register” button at the top of the screen. 


Step 3: Then select “Register Now”. Choose to register either via Facebook, Apple ID (only for iOS) or by manually filling in all of the details. Finally, click “Register” and rest assured, all your details will be kept private. 


ZALORA Website:

Step 1: Go to “My Account” on the top right hand bar of the home page and select “Register”.


Step 2: You can choose to register either via Facebook or by manually filling in all of the details. Click “Sign Up” and rest assured, all your details will be kept private. 


You will receive an email confirmation along with a voucher (if you opted to subscribe to ZALORA newsletter) to get you started! 


2. Do I need to verify my account before ordering?


You will be required to verify your email address for you to successfully create an account.


Follow these easy steps to guide you through the verification process:


  1. Fill in your details (e-mail address, new password,  name, date of birth, and gender. If you're registering using Mobile web or App, you're date of birth would be optional
  2. You’ll then receive an email from ZALORA, sent to your registered e-mail address, issuing your one time password (OTP).
  3. Copy your OTP and key it in on the verification page. 
    • You may only click on resend OTP for 3x.
    • It will indicate when the code has been sent, and if it will be the last chance of resending the OTP.
    • Resend OTP link will disappear after the 3rd attempt
    • Resend OTP is linked to the email address; once it is maximized even if you restart the registration; Resend OTP count will still hold (linked) to the email address
  4. Once done, you’ll have successfully completed registration on ZALORA


Important:


  • Make sure that you are using a valid email address
  • Make sure that the spelling of your email address is correct
  • If you registered and is verifying your email using a desktop, open your email on    your desktop to get the OTP
  • If you registered and is verifying using your mobile device, open your email on your mobile to get your oTP or verify using the link
  • For existing customers whose ZALORA accounts are unverified, kindly log back in to complete the verification process as above.
  • All existing customers with unverified accounts that log out will have to reregister with their original email address in order to retain their ZALORA account


3. How do I place an order?


You may login to your ZALORA account under your preferred platform and follow the simple steps below to place your order:


Step 1: Select the item and your preferred size/color (if applicable and be mindful of the US/UK/EU sizing). Once confirmed you may click “Add to Bag” . 


Step 2: You can either continue shopping or if you are settled on purchasing your item(s), click on the bag icon at the bottom navigation tab of your screen and select “Go to Checkout”. 


Step 3: In the event that aren’t already logged in to your ZALORA account, you will be prompted to either log in or register one. Once you’ve successfully logged in, at the cart page, indicate your delivery address and your preferred payment method. 


Order confirmation emails and order-related communication will be sent to the email address you signed up, so please ensure to provide a valid email address! 


Step 4: Before clicking on “Place Order”, be sure to review your order as highlighted below:


Review your delivery address and chosen payment method. If you are a returning customer, both fields will have been saved from your previous transaction. You can make changes by click on “Edit” for other “Delivery & Billing Address” or “Payment Mode”.

 

-Note the delivery lead time of each item. 

-Apply promo code (if any)

-Confirm the “Total” amount payable. 


4. Can I checkout without making an account?


All orders must be placed through an existing account. Sadly, we do not have guest checkout and you will have to register and create an account first before continuing with the checkout process.


5. How will I know if I successfully placed the order?


After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. It’s that simple! Once your order has been placed, you can also find your order summary by going to “Account” > “My Orders” and then selecting “View Order” on the order you wish to see. 


Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.


The email contains:

  • Order number
  • Order amount
  • Item(s) ordered
  • Delivery timeframe
  • Your billing and delivery address
  • Other important information related to your order and order management
