1. What does it mean when my item is Out of Stock? 

Items from Confirmed Orders


Sad to say, that this does indeed happen in rare cases. 


We perform stringent quality checks and if your item is the last piece available that failed our checks, we will cancel and refund (for pre-paid) the item even if your order was confirmed. You will then receive the SMS and email notification upon cancellation. 


Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not usually replenish our stocks once they are sold out. So grab them when you see them!


Exchange Items


After you request for a return & exchange through our online form, we reserve your item for 10 days. If your original return item arrives at our warehouse past the 10-day holding period, we can no longer guarantee its availability.


In the case that your exchange item becomes out of stock, we will fully refund you for it. You'll receive an e-mail notification from us once the refund has been processed.


2. Why was my COD order cancelled? 

This may have been because multiple of your previous COD transactions resulted in either cancellations and/or failed deliveries. In these cases, you may place a new order using a different payment method.

3. What does it mean when my order is confirmed? 

Upon checking out, you will be given your order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run security and finance checks.


Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. The e-mail contains:


  • your order number
  • the order amount
  • the number of item(s) ordered
  • your billing and delivery addresses
  • quick link to our Returns Policy


Receipt of this email means that your order will soon be picked, packed, and shipped! You'll get another e-mail once your package has been handed over to our delivery provider. Use your 9-digit order number to then track your order.


4. Can I cancel my order? 

Though you’re unable to cancel your order on your end, you may still request to cancel your order by contacting customer service given that the items are not yet packed. Otherwise, the order will have to be shipped and you may just refuse the order upon delivery.


5. Cancellation policy for DSM GRUP items 

Items sold by DSMP GRUP Trendyol cannot be canceled or exchanged.


Items that are incorrect/defective should be reported with photos/videos within 7days in order to be considered for return.
