ZALORA Sales Invoice
1. Where can I view my invoice?
As of April 7, 2025, due to system maintenance, invoice cannot be downloaded until further notice.
Sales invoice is only available for download for the items that are Sold by ZALORA using the app. Firstly, you may go to your app under My account > My Orders > select your order number, under order price details, you may click on "Download ZALORA Invoice”
2. Can I request for my invoice to be named under my business/company?
Business invoices are only available for items Sold by ZALORA Local. Kindly reach out to our customer service team immediately for assistance as the name changes in the billing must be made before the order is packed.
3. Can I request an invoice for my gift card purchase?
Invoice for Electronic Gift Cards is not available. A separate invoice will be issued once the gift card is used to place an order.
4. Why is there no invoice in my package?
As part of ZALORA's efforts to support environmental sustainability, we are slowly making our way to go completely paperless. In this regard, we are sending the ZALORA sales invoice electronically!
5. Do I need an invoice for my returns?
A physical/printed invoice is not needed for the return of items Sold by ZALORA. You'll only need to include the invoice for items Sold by Seller.
