1. How do I enable Push Notifications on my ZALORA app?

Push notifications are available for both IOS and Android users, check out the steps below to get your notifs coming!

IOS

1. Proceed to your home screen.

2. Select your settings app.

3. From Settings > Select the ZALORA App Icon.

4. From the ZALORA App > Select Notifications > Enable Allow Notifications.

ANDROID

1. Proceed to your home screen.

2. Select your settings app.

3. From Settings > Select Apps

2. How Can I Change My Newsletter Subscription?

You can make the necessary amendments to your account according to your preferences.

Newsletter E-mails

Go to MY ACCOUNT > PREFERENCES

A. My Subscriptions: You can select the type of e-mails you'd like us to send out (Newsletter, Promotional Reminders, or both!). You can also adjust the frequency of Newsletter e-mails.

B. Style Preferences: You can select the product categories and brands that you'd like to see more of!

Mobile App Push Notifications

IOS

OPEN SETTINGS > NOTIFICATIONS > ZALORA

You can then disable push notifications on the "Allow Notifications" tab, or change the notification settings below.

ANDROID

OPEN SETTINGS > APPLICATION MANAGER or NOTIFICATIONS > ZALORA
