1. How does credit card installment work?

At checkout, select CREDIT CARD INSTALLMENT as your payment method. You will now have the option to split your payment into 3 monthly installments at 0% interest.

2. What are the minimum and maximum transaction limits to purchase using credit card installment?

The minimum amount for each transaction is Php3000 and maximum limit depends on your credit limit

3. Can I return my order if i choose to pay using credit card installment?

4. How long will I get my refund?

Once ZALORA processes your return, if you opted for Wallet Credit, you may expect your credit in your ZALORA account within 1-2 working days. For Reversal, the bank should process the amount within 7-14 days on the cardholder's statement; the amount will reflect on your credit card depending on your cut-off.

5. What are my refund options?

For partial returns & cancellation of orders , you will automatically be refunded via Wallet Credit. However, if the whole order will be cancelled or returned, you will automatically be refunded via reversal through your original payment method.

Important Note:

For partial refund, in order to maintain the Installment plan, you will be automatically refunded via Wallet Credit if the total value of remaining items is less than Php3,000 (for 3-month installments) or Php15,000 (for 6-month installments). If you prefer to have the refund issued back to your card, you will need to settle the remaining balance to ZALORA in full and the installment plan will be cancelled.
As long as it's in accordance to the bank’s installment terms and conditions, you can request your refund via the original payment method by contacting customer service.
