Return Restrictions
1. What are the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable items & Brands?
Due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Kindly double check the items you wish to return do not fall under this list:
- Beauty Products
- Earrings
- Essentials
- Gift cards
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Bulky Items (more than 50cm dimension on each side, and more than 10KG in weight)
In addition:
- Items & brands that were purchased under a campaign/sale that indicates the products to be Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable cannot be returned
- Swimwear items from specific brands will now be accepted for refund or exchange if returned with the original hygiene sticker.
- Bulky items that are Incorrect/defective/Damaged upon receiving, should be reported with photos/video of the item within 7 days to consider for return
2. Are there exclusions for swimwear if they do not fit?
We now accept returns for swimwear items from specific brands below. Swimwear items from these brands are packed with hygiene stickers. Please make sure that these are still intact when you return them, otherwise, it might get rejected.
