Return Fees and Charges

1. Is returning an item free of charge?

You have two ways to return your items back to ZALORA.

Pick-up option will be catered by our trusted external partner couriers. A small fee will be charged or will be deducted to the total refund for areas outside NCR. This helps us continue offering you a convenient and reliable home collection option.

Drop Off option is available for free. You may return your packages at any J&T branch within the same city as your delivery address.

2. How much is the return pickup fee?

Php100 pickup fee will be charged for return in regions outside NCR.

3. Will the fees be refunded if I changed my mind and decide to drop off instead?

If you choose Refund as your option, the fees should not be deducted to your total refund amount as long as the the pickup request is cancelled. Kindly contact our customer service team to cancel your pickup request and submit a new return with drop off of as your return option.

If you chose Exchange and have paid for the fees already, we will be refunding the amount.
