1. Is my delivery secure, and who are your shipping providers?
At ZALORA, we team up with trusted riders and delivery partners to make sure your orders arrive safely and on time. To keep your deliveries secure, always ask to see the rider’s ID and check your package for any signs of tampering before you pay, especially if you’re using Cash on Delivery.
For fast and reliable service across the Philippines, we use J&T Express, and for pick-ups or returns in NCR, we also work with 2GO. If your order is coming from overseas, our delivery partners include Janio, NinjaVan, and SF Express.

3. Why did I receive multiple deliveries for one order?
If your order includes a mix of items, such as Sold by ZALORA (local), Sold by ZALORA (international), and Sold by Sellers, these products may come from different locations and have different delivery times. That’s why you might receive your items in separate packages and on different days.
Sometimes, if you place two or more orders close together and the items are coming from the same warehouse, our system may combine them into a single package. This depends on the order status and timing, and is handled automatically.

After you place an order, you’ll receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Please note, this email does not mean your order has been accepted yet. Your order is only officially accepted once you receive the Order Shipped email.
