If your order is a mix of items Sold by ZALORA (local), Sold by ZALORA (international), and Sold by Sellers, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times. Find out more about our delivery lead times here.

NOTE: Your items may be packed into a single package if you placed 2 or more separate orders given that the items will be coming from same warehouse and haven’t been packed individually. However, this will be automated by the system depending on status and the time in between the orders are placed. 

If you order items from more than one Seller, you will receive a separate package for each one as well.
